Our Case Competition will challenge and make you think critically about how the world can transition to a sustainable, equitable energy future.

What's the goal

Our goal is to shape the next generation of energy leaders by engaging talented university students in solving real-world energy challenges. Through our competitions, we provide a platform for showcasing innovative solutions and promoting collaboration. We aim to inspire critical thinking and drive progress towards a sustainable and equitable energy future in support of the mission of SEA.

Faculty Advisory Council

Faculty Advisory Council

The Faculty Advisory Council (FAC) is a group of diverse academic professionals who represent a broad range of departmental foci and geographic demographics, who can help build SEA's outreach to universities (domestically and internationally), recruit teams, mentors, and judges for the Case Competition, and communicate the opportunity to other faculty members around the world (and to encourage fellow faculty to consider including the Case Competition in their course curricula). In addition, the FAC will be approached as needed to advise SEA core staff on Case Competition logistical details and the design of the annual prompt. This newly formed council meets quarterly with the Case Competition team via Zoom to discuss program status.
